Posted May 04, 2019 11:07:59 Parents of children aged four and under can celebrate their birthday this month by giving them a gift for a child’s first birthday.
But the gift they’ll get may not be the one they wanted.
Michael Jordan and his family were the lucky recipients of an autographed copy of The Book of the Dead by author Mark Twain.
A photo of the book has been featured in The Book Of The Dead in a movie poster released in February.
“It’s a wonderful book,” Jordan said after receiving the book in February from his mother, Lisa.
When he saw the movie poster, Jordan had no idea what to expect.
After being introduced to the book at a local book store, Jordan immediately had an interest in the subject.
I knew it was a good book, Jordan said.
In a post on his Twitter account, Jordan wrote, “This book is awesome.
I was going to get a copy when I was in my teens and was looking for something for my daughter.”
Jordan wrote that he was glad to be able to give his son the book.
His mother was excited for him to give it to him, Jordan told CBC News.
The book was released in October and was first published in 1978 by Simon and Schuster.
It was written about a boy who meets a girl named Violet and becomes separated from his parents and becomes a vampire.
Jordan was only 16 when the book came out, so he hasn’t read it in years.
He’s not sure how much of a impact the book had on his life.
He’s excited about the book’s release, he said.
“I’m so excited for my children to have something that they can look up to.”
A post on Jordan’s Twitter account shared pictures of him and his mother reading the book aloud, laughing and talking about the movie posters.
Jordan is hoping the movie will help inspire him to become a better person.
