PARLIAMENT PARK, Texas (AP) A Texas Republican parent is calling on her children’s school to fire her after she called the Republican nominee a “crazy, sociopatheic, psychopathy” who must be arrested for inciting violence and inciting racial hatred.
In a statement posted on Facebook, Lisa Mathers said she was not happy with her two children’s new school district and that she was “shocked” by the statement.
Mathers’ children were not involved in politics and have never met Donald Trump.
She said she’s been a Republican all her life, but decided to register as a Democrat to vote for Trump in the 2016 presidential election.
She called the party “racist, anti-family, sexist and xenophobic.”
She said she would be willing to file a police report for inciting a riot if the school district does not remove her children.
A school district spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Mayer said she has lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 30 years and has a three-year-old son.
She described herself as a conservative and said her children have not been taught any politics and she didn’t want them to.
The statement says she was told by her school district that she is “being fired” for her statement.
The Dallas Morning News says Mather has filed a complaint with the Texas Equal Rights Commission.
