The last time you saw Shay Mitchell, the 6-year-old Texas girl who is now a full-fledged superstar in the country music world, she was at the bottom of the school cafeteria and barely breathing.
She was in a hospital gown and holding onto her umbilical cord, a reminder of the devastating accident that took place the day before.
Mitchell was born with a congenital heart defect.
The doctors who performed the birth at a hospital in Fort Worth were not prepared for the extent of the damage Mitchell suffered.
The trauma of Mitchell’s birth was devastating, but the child that Mitchell will have is now an internationally famous pop star.
Mitchell, now 10, has a career that includes hits like “My Name Is” and “Gangnam Style.”
She is currently touring America and has her own solo album out this week.
Mitchell’s story of the birth, which was covered in the mainstream media, was also featured in the recent documentary, “Birth: The Story of Shay Mitchell.”
Mitchell’s mother, Nikki Haley, said that she had to do everything possible to prepare her daughter for her future.
She told the Los Angeles Times: “She’s always been the little girl in the house.
I’m not trying to be judgmental about her.”
Mitchell is now the youngest person to hold the title of “Queen of Pop” in the United States.
She has her sights set on being the next Beyoncé, according to her mother.
Haley said she hopes that Mitchell becomes the next Drake or Taylor Swift.
“I know Shay would like to be Drake, and I know Shay is really into Taylor Swift,” Haley said.
“She just wants to be like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé.
It just really speaks to her.”
The story of Mitchell and her birth was featured in a new documentary called “Birth,” which is about Mitchell’s early life.
Mitchell and the other children who were born during the accident that caused her heart defect will be featured in her new music video, which is set to hit theaters in September.
“We are really looking forward to being part of the story of Shay’s life and hopefully the story for other kids,” Haley told the Associated Press.
Mitchell is the third baby born at the hospital in the last two weeks.
The first baby was a baby born on Oct. 7, 2016.
The second baby was born on Dec. 17, 2016, and the third was born last week.
